FILA, South Korea's largest sportswear manufacturing company, founded in 1911 in Italy have offered us (fcswdt group inc) an official buy out of our company at an undisclosed amount. An official Canadian representative of Fila approached our group at a recent meeting held at one of our favorite spots (Earls on 8th). Surprised and thinking that this was a huge joke, the Fila representative introduced our group to Lawyer Bill Russel who then presented the group with an upfront cheque and contract. We are extremely pleased at the fact that a brand such as Fila has come to us for a new creative direction for their company. Especially a very brand new company out of Calgary. We accepted their offer and are currently in the works of our sister brands "DBC (Digital Band Camp) and FnF (Friends and Fiends) *stay posted*. All royalties received by Fila Corp. will be going directly into funding our sister projects! This is huge for us and huge for Calgary! please be on the lookout for some amazing SHIT by us! It may sound weird and FAKE to some of you but...like we said before...BELIEVE THE HYPE!!!!
Also be on the lookout for Fila's new ad campaign and fashion line "Fila Complacent Succed With Daring Thoughts" They will be steering away from the sports scene and more focused on the urban scene. Due to the state of the economy, they came up with a geurilla marketing scheme to take aim at the urban trendsetters who do what it takes to stay fresh.
